Northrop Grumman Aerospace Aluminum Case
Since its inception, Northrop Grumman has been a pioneer in the development of manned aircraft. As such the team at Northrop Grumman turned to the engineers at Advanced Packaging Inc for help developing an aerospace aluminum case to safely transport their shock-mounted unwind PODs to their final destination.
The engineers at API were able to design a specialized aluminum container that featured an interior platform to support the POD while in transit and allowed for maximum flexibility in the loading and unloading of the equipment.
